Preliminary Renderings of the Brew_Shed Project. We are finishing off the north end of an existing Morton Shed and converting it into a brewery and a tasting room with interior and exterior seating.

We are a small organic farm located in north central Illinois on ground that has been in our family for generations. Over the past decade we have been making incremental steps to transform our property from an industrial monoculture into an edible landscape. As part of this, we are in the process of creating a small-scale brewery operation.
