This one goes out to Todd Whittler.  Imperial Classic American Pilsner made with pre-prohibition varieties of barley and corn from Indiana and Cluster hops, the oldest hop variety indigenous to America.  Crispy and dangerously drinkable – Limit 2.  9.5% ABV

Traditional American Style Pumpkin Ale made with local pumpkins and honey.  6.5% ABV

Clean Irish Red brewed with Rye.  It’s a Diesel.  6.7% ABV

Honey Ale / Braggot aged for 2 years.  Made with 150 pounds of our own caramelized honey and the malt of a Belgian Quadrupel. 10.5% ABV
